Common Questions

Eyelash extensions are a semi permanent solution to enhance the length, curl, fullness, and thickness of natural lashes. This service is done by a licensed esthetician by using a professional adhesive to attach a synthetic lash extension to each individual natural lash.

Eyelash extensions will fall off with the natural shedding of the natural lash, which occurs every 6-8 weeks.  It is recommended to return for “fill” appointment every 2-3 weeks to maintain the health of your natural lashes as well as maintain the look of a full set.

First time clients will have a consultation before their service to review eye shape, expectations, and discuss the look they’d like to achieve.  Expect full set appointment to be 2 hours (Classic Full Set) to 2.5 hours (Volume Full Set).

Fill appointments are generally 1-1.5 hours depending on weeks since last service and lash retention.

This is one of the most common questions we get. The truth is, lash extensions can be damaging IF your lash tech does not have the proper training on application and lash health.  This is why it is so important to research and make sure your lash tech is a licensed beauty professional that understands the importance of proper isolation techniques and uses extensions that are not too long or heavy for the natural lash to support.  Individual lashes should not be stuck together because of excessive glue or improper isolation. With the proper care and experience from your lash tech, lash extensions do not cause damage to the natural lash.
